Delete your Noti account

In the app

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. The app will remove your local study data and send an account deletion request to our service.

Without the app

Email info@shedulab.com with the subject “Noti account deletion”. Send the request from the email address associated with your Noti account if possible. If you used Apple Hide My Email or cannot access that address, tell us; we will provide another way to verify that the account is yours. Do not send a password, payment-card details, or study documents.

After verifying the request, we will delete the account and associated data. We will contact you if we need more information or if limited records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or backup purposes.

What happens to your data

Account deletion removes your account, uploaded documents, generated study material, study activity, and product analytics associated with your account from our active systems and requests deletion from our relevant service providers, including PostHog. Some provider deletion work runs asynchronously. Limited records may remain only where legally or operationally required as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your Noti account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription in your store account to stop future billing.
