Study Flow

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Shedulab ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Study Flow mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. In addition to these Terms, your use of the App through the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, the provision that is more protective of you as the end user applies.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial study purposes on devices that you own or control.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to data processing under your local law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of the documents, text, and recordings you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the App's features, such as extracting text and generating study material. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.
The App uses automated and AI systems to generate summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and similar study material. This material may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and is provided to support your study, not to replace authoritative sources. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it, including for exams, academic, professional, or other important decisions.

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and may offer other in-app purchases. Pricing and details are shown in the App before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings after purchase. Where required, unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated study material will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
We may modify or discontinue features of the App, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are intended to apply worldwide. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Shedulab is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region of residence provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you.
